Orders that require more than one (1) shipping unit WILL incur an additional USPS Priority shipping fee. (invoice will be sent separately and must be paid to initiate the shipping process)
Any order that is submitted with INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE “ship to” details; being sure to include apt/unit/suite/P.O. Box information, will be held at packing and processing until correct address is presented by customer. Please check your provided email/text for inquiries from TBL, should this be the case.
Orders ship USPS 2-3 day priority mail. We ship nationwide.
Shipping Fees cover insurance for all packages, Priority 2-3 day shipping, and Tracking number. USPS will only insure packages that are lost or damaged on their behalf.
Customers have (7) business days (Our business days are Monday-Friday) after delivery date to recover lost, damaged, or incorrect order. (MUST PROVIDE PICTURE PROOF OF MISSING OR DAMAGED GOODS.)
USPS insurance ONLY covers orders that are DAMAGED OR A MIS-PICK upon delivery. We are not responsible for stolen orders or orders that are delivered to the wrong address because of user error. Please check email, shipping and billing addresses CAREFULLY upon completing the order process. This includes apartment, unit, or suite numbers. If an order arrives, and order does not reflect the contents of the packing slip, please contact us and we will resolve the issue.
Products are Natural; color and texture may vary. Ingredients are sourced with our clients in mind.
During the Spring & Summer months, please be advised that some products are heat sensitive and will melt. Please keep such products in cool, dark location to re-solidify. Also please check tracking info to monitors your delivery so that your order is not exposed to extreme heat for extended periods of time,
Orders placed by 8PM the night prior to ship days will be observed and ship accordingly.
It is recommended to always consult with a licensed physician before introducing new products to your hair/skin care regimen.
